We use wrap, tape, and protective materials to keep items tight and stable for transport. Furniture can also be protected so surfaces and corners don’t get damaged during loading and delivery.

If you pack some items yourself, we can still move them, but self-packed boxes may require a waiver for damage coverage on what we didn’t pack.

We use a simple sticker system so nothing gets mixed up and you don’t have to keep answering the same questions all day. Before any work starts, we review and sign the contract so everything is clear.

  • We protect the space before we start carrying. We use heavy-duty floor protection mats when needed, and furniture is wrapped in thick moving blankets and secured so corners and surfaces don’t get damaged. Inside the truck, everything is strapped down to help prevent shifting during transport.

  • Yes, when it’s necessary for safe transport. We can take apart items like bed frames and larger pieces, then reassemble them at the new address. Our trucks carry the tools needed so we don’t waste time looking for hardware or improvising.

  • We don’t guarantee a fixed total because the final time can change based on things like stairs, building access, elevator booking, traffic, distance, and any extra-heavy items. What we do guarantee is transparency: we explain how pricing works before you book, and we don’t add hidden fees.

  • A deposit is required to secure your moving date. Payment is collected when we arrive at the unloading location, not after unloading is finished. For some payment types, a 3% processing fee may apply — we’ll let you know in advance.
