We don’t guarantee a fixed total because the final time can change based on things like stairs, building access, elevator booking, traffic, distance, and any extra-heavy items. What we do guarantee is transparency: we explain how pricing works before you book, and we don’t add hidden fees.

A deposit is required to secure your moving date. Payment is collected when we arrive at the unloading location, not after unloading is finished. For some payment types, a 3% processing fee may apply — we’ll let you know in advance.
